The Novedades Car Park, located close to the Passeig de Gràcia in the heart of Barcelona, was inaugurated on January 18, 2021.

The car park, located a few meters away from Plaça Catalunya, now offers 492 parking spaces, including 26 spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility and 12 electrical charging stations. Also, it offers spaces reserved for motorcycles. The car park is directly accessible from Casp street and from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes.

The car park also benefits from the latest technologies in the parking sector, such as guidance, dynamic signage, tidal flow lane, automatic lighting level system, QR code readers and application poles for our P-App mobile app.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.
