The User must follow all safety guidelines communicated and/or provided at any time by INTERPARKING and , which are made available both at the charging points and in the information provided by other means.

In the event of a system failure, a reading error or a partial reading, access will be granted via the access QR code. If you do not have the QR code with you, you will not be able to access the car park under the MULTI-ENTRY PASS product package you have purchased.

If, for any reason, the user does not have the QR code and takes a ticket, this must be paid for in accordance with the car park’s current rates, for users on an hourly basis. 6. Validity and use
The subscription is valid from 00:00 on the first day of the month until 23:59 on the last day of the contracted month. The subscriber confirms that they have been informed and are aware of the type of subscription they have taken out. It is not possible for the same subscription to be used simultaneously by several vehicles, even if they are linked to the same account. Use of the car park outside the hours covered by the Pass type, or simultaneously with another vehicle registered under the same Pass, will result in payment for parking in accordance with the current P-APP rates for users on an hourly basis.
7. Resolution of incidents
If, for any reason, the subscriber does not have the QR code and takes a ticket, this must be paid for in accordance with the car park’s current rates for pay-as-you-go users. However, in specific and justified cases, the company will carry out the necessary checks and determine whether or not the charge is applicable. In any event, if the company’s instructions have not been followed, the cost of handling the incident will be one (1) euro, including VAT, which will be added to the following month’s fee. Should you have any queries, please contact the P-APP Customer Service department on 630 60 80 80 or, if you prefer, by email atp.app@interparking.com .
8. New Subscriptions
For new registrations in the current month, the full monthly subscription fee will be payable if registration takes place between the 1st and 15th of the month, and 50% of the monthly subscription fee will be payable if registration takes place between the 16th and the end of the month; payment of this subscription fee entitles the user to park until the end of the current month.
9. Payment
The subscription fee is not automatically renewed, unless the user specifies otherwise via the P-APP, and must be paid by the 1st of each month at the latest, via the P-APP itself. Failure to pay any fee will result in the loss of subscriber status, without any right to a claim.
10. Renewal
If the user requests automatic renewal of the subscription fee, this will take effect on the 1st of each month, via payment using the credit card the user has registered in the P-APP. Failure to pay any fee will result in the loss of subscriber status, without any right to a claim.
11. Termination
The subscriber may terminate the subscription at any time and for any reason, and must do so via the P-APP application, giving at least 15 days’ notice prior to the renewal date. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the payment of the fee for the following period. The company may terminate the subscription at any time and for any reason, and must give at least 15 days’ written notice.
12. Expiry
The subscription expires automatically at 23:59 on the last day of the contracted month.
13. Security Deposit
There is NO security deposit, nor has any security deposit been paid, for the use of the subscriptions detailed in this information sheet. In the event that this is an update to a previous information sheet, any existing security deposit has been refunded in advance.
14. Right of withdrawal and refund
INTERPARKING informs you that, subject to the conditions set out in this clause, you are entitled to withdraw from the Subscription within 14 calendar days of the date of online purchase. It will not be possible to withdraw from the subscription once it has been used, as this product is sold as a single package, for which INTERPARKING applies price discounts based on this single-package purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-calendar-day period, the Customer must notify INTERPARKING via email atp.app@interparking.com , stating ‘Withdrawal from the service (*)’ in the subject line, and set out their decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal statement stating: ‘I hereby notify you that I am withdrawing from our contract for the purchase of the service (*) - Date of purchase (*) – Consumer’s name: (*) – Associated registration number (*) – Consumer’s email address (*). The refund shall be deemed to have been made if the Customer does not reject it within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall extinguish INTERPARKING’s obligations to the Customer in relation to the Service or Product from which the Customer has withdrawn. These terms and conditions shall only apply where the Customer is a consumer and user in accordance with the definition set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
V. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRIC CHARGING AT P-STORE
1. Electric vehicle charging service at P-store
The electric vehicle charging service at P-store is a system for contracting and paying for the electric charging service at the various charging points for electric vehicles, which can be identified via the P-store website (hereinafter the “electric vehicle charging service”).
The Electric Vehicle Charging Service must be contracted by the User in accordance with the instructions set out therein. The User may check https://www.interparking.es to see which car parks offer the Electric Vehicle Charging Service.
The User must use their own connection device between the charging point and the electric vehicle, namely a compatible cable that is in perfect working order and well maintained; under no circumstances will INTERPARKING provide the User with such a connection device.
INTERPARKING shall not be liable for any damages arising from the improper use of the Service, nor for the misuse of the aforementioned connection between the charging point and the electric vehicle. Nor shall it be liable for any delay in the provision of the service or any breach of contract where such delay or breach is attributable to circumstances beyond INTERPARKING’s control.
P-store, as a management, booking and payment platform, provides the User with the booking and payment service for electric vehicle charging in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. For these purposes, the electric vehicle charging service is provided to the User who is the holder of the credit card used for payment, notwithstanding that the electric vehicle charging service may be provided to a vehicle not owned by the User.
2. Use of the electric vehicle charging service on P-store

11. You can check the status of your charge and find out how to download your invoice (if you have requested one) by following the instructions sent to the email address you provided.
The app’s functionality may change depending on future technological developments; the information above is provided for guidance only.
Under no circumstances is the level of energy supplied guaranteed as part of the service, as this depends on factors beyond INTERPARKING’s control, such as weather conditions or the technical condition of the vehicle (charge level). The User must follow all safety guidelines communicated and/or provided at any time by INTERPARKING and made available both at the charging points and in the information that may be provided by other means.
INTERPARKING shall not be liable for, amongst other things:
1) The improper use, handling or operation of the charging points or their components and, specifically, failure to follow the instructions provided for charging;
2) Breakdowns and damage caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, or system or telecommunications failures or outages, which may limit or prevent the provision of the electric vehicle charging service or the means used to provide it, and which are indicated at any given time;
3) Damage that may result from the User’s failure to maintain the vehicle or the cable used to carry out the charging service properly, as well as from defects of any kind in the cable;
4) The User’s inability to carry out the charging due to causes beyond INTERPARKING’s control; and
5) Where false or inaccurate information is provided, or where the User has not obtained the necessary prior authorisations.
3. Price and cost of the electric vehicle charging service at P-store
The prices and cost of the electric vehicle charging service will be clearly indicated at each charging point via an information sign that is clearly visible to the User carrying out the charging operation on their vehicle. However, in future, other methods of providing information on the price and cost of the electric vehicle charging service may be introduced, which will appear on the P-store website itself.
Similarly, depending on the energy demand management services required for the effective provision of the service, differentiated prices may be set.
Under no circumstances will the prices for the electric vehicle charging service be fixed; they may vary. Users will be informed of any such changes via the information sign at the electric vehicle charging point or on the P-store website.
VI. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MULTI-ENTRY BUSINESSES (P-WEB)
1. Purchase:
The purchase of the MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product entitles the user granted access to one (1) non-fixed parking space for their vehicle for the duration of the MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product plan purchased, and to the inclusion of the vehicle in the car park’s third-party liability insurance. These rights will be valid once the entry barrier has been passed; therefore, the MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product does not entitle the user to priority access to the car park. If the car park is full or there is a queue of vehicles at the entrance, the user will have to wait to gain access.
2. QR code:
Each vehicle registered on the P-WEB-EMPRESA app will have one (1) unique and non-transferable QR code, generated based on its registration number. This QR code is the primary identifier for each vehicle. The QR code will be valid for the products in force at any given time, at the selected car parks, and will grant access at both vehicle entrances and exits as well as pedestrian access points. To facilitate vehicle movement and identification, some car parks have automatic number plate recognition at entry and exit points; however, it is mandatory at all times to carry the QR code in order to gain access to both vehicle entry and exit points and pedestrian access points. Any misuse of the QR code will entitle the company to take whatever measures it deems appropriate, including the termination of the user’s P-WEB-EMPRESA account if it sees fit, and the user shall not be entitled to any form of compensation in this regard.
3. Associated vehicles:
One (1) vehicle, identified by its corresponding registration number, may be linked to the purchased MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product.
4. Number plate recognition and automatic entry:
In car parks where this service is active, it will be an additional service to the MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product, provided free of charge, but it does not replace access to the car park via the access QR code. The automatic number plate reader will scan the number plate at the car park’s entry and exit points and, if a match is found with a registered number plate, will automatically open the barrier. In the event of a system failure, a reading error or a partial reading, access will be granted via the access QR code. If you do not have the QR code with you, you will not be able to access the car park under the MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product plan you have purchased.
5. Validity and use:
Each MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product type has a specific validity period in 24-hour blocks. The user confirms that they have been informed of and are aware of the product type they have purchased. Use of the car park outside the validity period of the purchased MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product will result in payment for parking, in accordance with the current P-APP rates, for users on an hourly basis.
6. Resolution of incidents:
If, for any reason, the user does not have the QR code and takes a ticket, this must be paid for in accordance with the car park’s current rates for users on an hourly basis. However, in specific and justified cases, the company will carry out the necessary checks and determine whether or not the charge is applicable. For any queries, the user may contact the P-APP Customer Service department on 630 60 80 80 or, if they prefer, by email atp.app@interparking.com .
7. Registration:
Registration for the MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product, in any of its forms, is carried out via the website https://p-web-empresas.interparking.es , and its start date and time will be as indicated at the time of purchase.
8. Payment:
Payment for MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS products is made at the time of purchase via credit card on the website https://p-web-empresas.interparking.es. In the case of payment by direct debit, payment for MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS products purchased during the current month will be debited from the account between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Upon registration as a P-WEB-EMPRESA user, a maximum monthly credit limit is set, up to which the P-WEB-EMPRESA user may purchase MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS products. This maximum credit limit is reset on the 1st of each month. Failure to pay any amount will result in the loss of P-WEB-EMPRESA user status and the cancellation of all unpaid MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS products, without any right to a claim. In the event of a chargeback, the amount owed must be paid, plus a surcharge to cover bank charges.
9. Expiry:
The MULTIENTRADA EMPRESAS product expires automatically at the end of the purchased period.
