Interparking Lleidatana Dividend Payout

The General Meeting of INTERPARKING LLEIDATANA S.A. (formerly LERIDANA DE APARCAMIENTOS, S.A.), a company majority-owned by the Interparking group, resolved last June to distribute an extraordinary dividend charged to freely distributable reserves, in the amount of EUR 210.52 gross per share.

The distribution will take place between 1 and 31 December, and will apply to all shares outstanding as of 30 November 2025, by means of stamping the share certificate (share receipt).

To make the payment effective, holders of the right must appear at the offices of BCS Tributario SL in Lleida, Avda. Prat de la Riba 34, 1st floor, presenting the bearer share receipt together with proof of ownership.

In the event that the holder has lost the share receipt, they must proceed in accordance with the provisions of Article 78 of the Notarial Act of 28/05/1862, as amended by Law 15/2015 of 2 July, transcribed below, by appearing before a notary with an office in Lleida. Once the shareholder obtains the duplicate certificate, the procedure will follow the same steps as for shareholders with the original certificate, except that the dividend payment, due to the legal timeframes, will be made at later dates than those set by the board.

Article 78 of the Notarial Act

1º.The legitimate holders of securities or instruments representing shares who have been dispossessed of them, or who have suffered their destruction or loss, shall be entitled to request the Notary to adopt the measures provided for in commercial legislation in cases of theft, misappropriation, loss, or destruction of such securities.

2º.Jurisdiction over these proceedings shall correspond to the Notary of the place of payment in the case of a credit instrument; to the Notary of the place of deposit in the case of deposit certificates; or to the Notary of the place of domicile of the issuing entity when the securities are transferable securities, as appropriate.
