I’ve already registered on P-Web. How do I access the car park now?

If you have registered your license plate and a credit card, you can now access all our car parks. No ticket — entry is via license plate recognition or by scanning the QR code available in your user area.

Can I use my P-app account on P-Web?

Yes, it’s the same account. P-web is the browser version, perfect if you prefer not to install any app.

I want an invoice for a parking ticket. Can I request it through P-Web?

No, invoices can only be requested through P-web for transits and products purchased directly via P-app or P-web.

Can I register a rental car on P-App/P-Web?

Yes, but you must delete the license plate once the car is returned. It is the user’s responsibility to register and deregister plates, as all entries will be charged to the user who registered them.

How many license plates can I register on P-App/P-Web?

You can register up to 5 license plates.
