How P-App Works

Steps to register on P-App

Download the app from your store (App Store or Google Play).
Fill out the contact form to create your account.
Register a bank card (you'll be asked to authorize a €0 payment).
Link your license plate to the registered card.

*If the €0 payment fails, please contact your bank.

Steps to enter/exit the car park

You must be registered on P-App before entering the car park.
The barrier will open in one of the following three ways:

License plate reader (if your plate is correctly registered).
QR code at the entry/exit totems (always carry it with you!).
Intercoms, use them if the above methods fail.

Steps to add or modify cards

Go to "My account" (top right corner, 👤).
Tap on "My cards".
Select "Add card" or "Edit card", as needed.

Tips to enjoy P-app during your holidays

Rental car

You can register a rental car’s license plate to use P-app. Just don’t forget to delete it when you return the car!

Can I use P-App/P-web in SABA car parks?

P-App is available in all Interparking car parks in Spain and Romania. In addition, SABA car parks in Spain and Portugal are being gradually added to the platform.

To check where the service is currently available, we recommend consulting the P-App map section, which is regularly updated with new locations as they are added.

In which countries can I use P-app?

Currently, P-app is available in Spain, Portugal and Romania. To check whether a specific car park accepts P-app, please review the map available in the P-app section or consult the individual car park information page.

Is it free to have a P-app user account?

Yes, having a P-app account is completely free, with no maintenance or installation fees.
