TERMINOS DE LA APP INTERPARKING
1. APP CONTROLLER
The application is the property of P-APP & WEB SERVICIOS DIGITALES, S.L.U., with CIF number B67447151 and address at c/ Valencia 93 3º 2ª, 08029 Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile Registry, in volume 46,968, folio 17, page B-536,716 and 1st inscription, a company that belongs to the Interparking business group (hereinafter INTERPARKING).
2. APP INTERPARKING
This computer application has been developed for the management of car parks and regulated parking areas belonging to and/or managed by the INTERPARKING Group (hereinafter the APP).
With the APP, the user will be able to:
a) Locate, access and pay for contracted services in INTERPARKING car parks and regulated parking areas.
b) Enter the license plates of the vehicles with which they wish to use the services.
c) Enter the payment cards with which you wish to pay for the contracted services.
d) Make payment for the contracted services.
e) To manage invoices for contracted services.
For the correct functioning of the APP, it is necessary to locate the location of the device by means of geolocation systems, in order to be able to locate the map in the city and the car parks of the INTERPARKING group where you want to park.
2.1 RULES OF USE
It is strictly forbidden to resell the products and services of the APP.
This application is exclusively for individuals.
The user account is personal and non-transferable.
Each individual may have only one account associated with it.
Each individual must fill in the DNI, NIE or Passport field in the user account, this document must be valid and remain valid as long as the user account is active in the APP. INTERPARKING reserves the right to request the necessary documentary support to verify the authenticity and validity of the documentation.
Each individual must fill in the email field to register in the APP, this email must be valid and belong to the natural person who owns the user account in the APP, and must remain enabled as long as the user account is active in the APP.
Each individual may register up to 5 license plates. These registered license plates will be associated with the user account in the APP and must belong to vehicles of which said natural person is the owner, has a rental in his or her name, or is an assigned company vehicle. Exceptionally, vehicle registrations will be admitted whose owners are related to the natural person, up to the first degree. It is expressly forbidden to register license plates that do not correspond to the above cases. INTERPARKING reserves the right to request the documentary support necessary to verify the authenticity and validity of the documentation.
Each individual may register up to 5 cards to pay for the services contracted in the APP and each card may be assigned one or more license plates up to the maximum allowed number of license plates. The natural person must be the holder of the registered cards and these will be associated with the user account in the APP. It is expressly forbidden to register cards whose holder is not the natural person who has the user account in the APP. INTERPARKING reserves the right to request the documentary support necessary to verify the authenticity and validity of the documentation
Each individual may request invoices for the services contracted in the APP, in their name, in the name of the company name or trade name in the case of self-employed workers, or in the name of the company with which they have an employment relationship. It is expressly forbidden to request invoices that do not correspond to the above cases. INTERPARKING reserves the right to request the documentary support necessary to verify the authenticity and validity of the documentation.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the blocking of the user account and consequently of all contracts in force.
This point of the document is written in several languages, in case of any discrepancy the Spanish version prevails.
2.2 ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES
In order to access the facilities and enjoy the rates offered through the P-app, the user needs to be fully registered in the application before entering the vehicle with them. This means that the account must include a valid vehicle registration and a credit card associated with it.
P-app users will be able to access the car park only through the following methods to enjoy the benefits of P-app:
QR code:
The user must use the QR code generated by the app and have it at hand at all times to show it at the time of entry or exit.
License Plate Reading (LPR):
Access can be carried out through the license plate recognition system (LPR). However, this option does not exempt the need to present the QR code mentioned above as a backup if necessary.
Intercoms:
In case of problems with the QR code and LPR systems, the user will be able to access using the intercoms located in the car park.
If a user obtains a ticket manually while registered in the application and there is a double charge for the service, they will only be entitled to recover the amount charged by P-app, without the right to a refund of the amount of the parking ticket.
2.3 USERS WITH VIA-T DEVICE.
Users who have a Via-T device must manually deactivate it themselves before accessing the car park.
If this action is not taken, the car park is not responsible for any charges or problems that may arise. Therefore, if there is a double charge, the user must request a refund of the amount of Via-T from their bank.
3. COMPATIBLE DEVICES
This APP is available for IOS 11 or higher and ANDROID 8.0 or higher devices. It can be downloaded in any of these environments for free.
To use the APP, you need a Smartphone or other similar device with data access (WiFi, 3G or higher).
4. HOME
Once the APP has been downloaded to the device where you are going to use it, you will have to register initially by following the instructions in the MY USER DATA section.
Once registered as a user, you will enter the APP by entering:
· e-mail and
· password.
To enter the APP you must enter the correct username and password. Otherwise, an error message will appear and, after three failed attempts, you will necessarily have to contact the person in charge of the APP through the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' tab.
5. RECOVER PASSWORD
To reset the password, enter the email address with which you registered in the APP and select the 'SEND' option.
You will receive an email in your email account with instructions on how to reset your password.
6. MAIN MENU
Once you have entered your username and password, you will be taken to the Main Menu, where you can access the following options:

In turn, through the SIDE MENU available in the TASKBAR, the user will be able to access the following functionalities:
- CONTACT US, where the user will find the contact details of INTERPARKING.
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ), where the most frequently asked questions about the APP are answered.
- P-APP TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY, where the Terms of Use and Privacy conditions of P-APP are published, duly updated.
- TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, where the Terms of Use and Privacy conditions of the P-APP Monthly Subscription are published, duly updated.
- MULTI-ENTRY TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY, where the Terms of Use and Privacy conditions of the P-APP Multi-Entrances are published, duly updated.
- TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY OF ELECTRIC CHARGING, where the Terms of Use and Privacy conditions of P-APP Electric Charges are published, duly updated.
- LOG OUT, where the user will be able to log out of that device.
These terms may be modified by INTERPARKING, which will be duly updated and applied once such modifications are published. For more information, please visit the www.interparking.es website.
7. MY USERNAME
7.1 REGISTER and MY USER
To register in the APP, you will enter the following requested data:
· Name.
· Surname.
· Identification document.
· Date of birth.
· Email and email confirmation.
· Password and password confirmation.
· Contact telephone number.
· Country of residence.
· Region.
· Province.
· Population.
· Zip code.
7.2 PASSWORD and PASSWORD CHANGE
The password will be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Otherwise, a validation message will be displayed indicating that the password format is not correct: 'The password must be at least 8 characters long and be composed of text, numbers and symbols'.
You can change your password through this tab, entering your old password and password, confirming it and selecting the SAVE option.
7.3 MY BILLING DETAILS
In this tab, the user will be able to add and/or modify the billing data to be able to request invoices for the contracted services.
7.4 MY CARDS
In the next tab, the user will be able to enter, edit and/or delete the cards with which they wish to pay for the contracted services.
To enter a payment card, the following mandatory information must be entered:
1. CARD NUMBER
2. SECURITY CODE (CVV/CVN)
3. EXPIRATION DATE (MM/YYYY)
4. CARDHOLDER
Each card may be assigned one or more license plates up to the maximum allowed number of license plates.
7.5 MY LICENSE PLATES
In this tab, the user will be able to add or remove the license plate of a vehicle, as well as assign one or more cards to each license plate.
Up to a maximum of 5 license plates may be entered.
INTERPARKING is not responsible for adding or removing the license plates, or the assigned cards with which payments are made derived from their use in the car parks of the INTERPARKING group, with the P-APP user being responsible for keeping the register of license plates and assigned cards updated, and for the payments of the contracted services.
7.6 WHAT IN THE BRAIN
In this tab you can select whether or not you want to receive notifications, warnings at the entrance and exit of the car park, as well as select the LANGUAGE of the APP, available in Spanish and English.
7.7 MY CAR PARKS DISABLED
In this tab, you can select the car parks and license plates for which you want to deactivate P-APP access. After deactivation, it will be necessary to access the car park using a ticket or subscriber / registration card if you are a car park subscriber.
7.8 MY NOTIFICATIONS
In this tab, whenever notifications are activated in the MY SETTINGS tab, the user will receive notifications about any problem with the APP, commercial information and new products and services, from the INTERPARKING Group.
7.9 USER CANCELLATION
In this tab, the user will be able to unsubscribe from the APP, canceling their account and all the data entered.
In case of confirming the action, a physical deletion of all the user's data in the database will be made (except for the movements made in the car parks) and they will be notified by means of a message on the screen of the result of the action: 'Cancellation successful. He has successfully unsubscribed from our system." The user must click on the 'ACCEPT' option to confirm the cancellation.
Once the cancellation is completed, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent.
8. QR ACCESS
In this tab accessible from the MAIN MENU, a QR code will be automatically generated for each license plate entered, so that it can be used to identify the access at the entrance and exit of the car park, in the event of a failure of the license plate reader and also to identify the access at the pedestrian entrances, elevators and toilets.
9. STAYS BY THE MINUTE
In this tab, the user will be able to check the transits made with the amounts in the different car parks of the licence plates entered in the APP.
It is also possible to "Block stay" for stays in progress (enrolment within the car park). This action serves to prevent payment via P-app at checkout. After activation, it will be necessary for the user of the license plate to contact our control center so that they can indicate the necessary steps to follow.
10. MULTI-TICKETS
This tab allows you to consult the MULTI-tickets contracted, contract them; as well as to make the change of validity.
The MULTI-ENTRIES will be represented in three different colors indicating their validity:
a) White, means not yet begun.
b) Green, means active at that time and
c) Grey, indicating that it has expired.
In this tab it is possible to contract those MULTI-entrances that apply to a specific car park.
For the acquisition of the MULTIENTRADAS, the start date of the MULTI-TICKETS and the registration must be specified. It will be paid with the card assigned to that license plate.
Likewise, you can obtain information about a MULTI-TICKET, by clicking on it.
11. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
This tab allows you to consult the MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS contracted; as well as to hire them.
The MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS will be represented in three different colors indicating their validity:
a) White, means not yet begun.
b) Green, means active at that time and
c) Grey, indicating that it has expired.
In this tab it is possible to contract those SUBSCRIPTIONS that apply to a specific car park.
To acquire the SUBSCRIPTION, the month you wish to contract must be specified with a maximum range of 3 months. If the user has selected the current month and the day of purchase is the 16th or later, the price of the subscription is reduced by half and its validity will be valid for the rest of the remaining month. Likewise, the registration card with which you wish to enjoy the season ticket must be indicated. It will be paid with the card assigned to that license plate.
Likewise, information about a SEASON TICKET can be obtained by clicking on it.
12. PARKING METERS
This tab allows you to:
a) Make the payment of virtual tickets in regulated parking areas, belonging to and/or managed by the INTERPARKING Group.
b) Consult the history of stays.
c) Cancel complaints imposed, for virtual tickets contracted through the APP.
12.1 MAKE PAYMENT
In this tab you can purchase a virtual regulated parking ticket; The user must specify the license plate, the parking meter, the zone, the end date and time. It will be paid with the credit card assigned to that registration.
Likewise, information can be obtained about the regulated parking areas, selecting each of them.
12.2 PARKING METER STAYS
In this tab, the user will be able to consult the history of stays, of the last virtual tickets paid in regulated parking areas, as well as filter by a specific range of dates.
12.3 VOIDING REPORTS
In this tab, the user will be able to view the complaints imposed, for virtual tickets contracted through the APP.
Reports may show the following statuses:
a) Issued, means that it is generated and pending cancellation.
b) Cancelled, means that the amount of the complaint has been paid and will not be processed to the Administration.
c) Sent to the Administration, means that the maximum period of 2 hours to cancel the complaint has expired and it has been sent to the Administration.
d) Invalidated, means that the complaint has been eliminated or canceled and is null and void.
13. INVOICES
In this tab, the user will be able to consult the requested invoices; as well as requesting a new invoice for a contracted service.
The list of invoices will be represented in different colors:
a) White, those invoices that are not requested.
b) Blue: those invoices selected to request invoicing.
c) Grey: those invoices previously requested and that cannot be requested again.
The user who wishes to obtain an invoice must click on it and the invoice will be automatically sent to their email address.
14. FINDER
The tab allows you to search for car parks on the map and see the services available in each car park.
This tab can be accessed from both the HOME SCREEN and the MAIN MENU.
By means of a geolocation system, it will be possible to locate the car park of the INTERPARKING Group network closest to where it is located.
The screen will show the map where the device is initially located (by means of geolocation), whether or not it has parking spaces of the INTERPARKING Group.
When selecting a specific car park, a tab will open indicating the information and services offered by that car park.
15. ELECTRIC VEHICLE
This tab allows you to:
a) Perform/activate a new electric charge on one of our chargers.
b) Check the current electrical load status.
c) Consult the history of the electrical loads carried out.
15.1 NEW CARGO
In this tab you can start a new electric charge; the user must specify the license plate and charger by selecting from the application or by scanning the QR code of the charger from the P-APP application. It will be paid with the credit card assigned to the selected enrollment.
In order to start charging, the selected license plate must be inside the parking lot using the P-APP and the vehicle connected to the selected charger.
The list of chargers will be represented in different colors:
a) Green, The charger is available for use.
b) Orange, The charger is occupied and cannot be selected.
c) Gray, The charger is disabled and cannot be used.
15.2 CURRENT LOAD
In this tab you can view the current status of the load for each of the license plates, as well as manually stop the current load. It is important to know that, once charging has stopped, it is necessary to disconnect and connect the vehicle's hose on the charger to start a new charge.
The current payload duration information will be displayed:
a) Registration number that is carrying out the load.
b) Parking.
c) Date of commencement of the load.
d) Current speed of the load.
e) Device where the load is being carried out.
f) Load capacity of the device.
g) Cost of the load.
h) Duration of the load.
i) kWh consumed
15.3 MY CHARGES
In this tab, the user will be able to consult the history of the electrical loads made, as well as filter by a specific date range. Detected errors will also be displayed in case any occur during upload.
16. ASSOCIATED ENTITIES
Within the MY USER menu, MY LICENSE PLATES tab, the user will be able to add a license plate and activate the option of Associated Entities, in order to benefit from special rates in certain car parks; these special rates will be applicable to those users who are active members of entities with which INTERPARKING has reached commercial agreements.
In order to benefit from these special rates, the user must be registered with P-APP and enter the identifier of the partner entity assigned to him. The Partner Entities option can be activated when you add or edit a license plate and you can select the Partner Entity and enter the corresponding identifier. INTERPARKING will verify the validity of this identifier by communicating with a service provided by the entity.
The application of this special rate will be personal and non-transferable for each active member of the Associated Entity, and the same identifier may not be used for several users.
The user may only have one (1) license plate that benefits from the special associate rate, and may indicate it when registering or editing a license plate within the MY USER menu, MY LICENSE PLATES tab. Once the license plate that they wish to use as a member has been indicated, the user will only be able to make a change of it once (1) a month.
17. PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with the provisions of the applicable state and European regulations on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the personal data that our users of the APP may provide us (jointly referred to as the "USER/S"), either through the corresponding form of the APP, or by sending an email to the address provided for this purpose through emails addressed to our professionals or by any other means of communication, will be incorporated into a file owned and processed by P-APP & WEB SERVICIOS DIGITALES, S.L.U., with CIF number B67447151 and address at c/ Valencia 93 3º 2ª, 08029 Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile Registry, in volume 46,968, folio 17, page B-536,716 and 1st entry, belonging to the Interparking Business Group (hereinafter INTERPARKING).
17.1 What is personal data and what data is processed?
Personal data is any information that identifies or allows the identification of a natural person, such as name, surname, image, voice, postal address, email address, telephone number, official identity documents (NIF, DNI, Passport), etc. and/or that is related to a natural person, such as their current account conditions, tastes, preferences, habits and behavior, the products or services you contract, etc.
All personal data will be processed:
a) Provided by the owner of the data and/or a person entitled to it by any means of communication, either through:
· The APP, through forms and/or sending emails.
· Service order sheets or forms on paper or hand-picked devices.
· The contracting of services.
b) Those obtained when carrying out the activities and/or procedures derived from the above actions.
c) Those obtained through the study and research of the above data.
INTERPARKING will process the personal data of all those USERS, only for those treatments that have a valid legal basis and comply at all times with the duty of informing the USER and other essential obligations in this matter.
17.2 Data controllers
Personal data will be processed by INTERPARKING, as well as by the Group's parent company in Spain INTERPARKING HISPANIA, S.A. and the Group's parent company based in Brussels, INTERPARKING, S.A. for the purposes of facilitating correct management.
17.3 Purposes, manner, legal basis for processing personal data and retention periods
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the purposes described below and in accordance with the manner and legal basis described for each purpose.
17.3.1. Provision of the requested services
INTERPARKING will process the personal data of those USERS who register on the APP, request information, act, receipt of information, newsletters and/or service to INTERPARKING by any means to:
a) To respond to and/or provide that activity and/or service, as well as to maintain the professional and/or contractual relationship that, where appropriate, is established.
b) Customer service by any of the means of communication provided for this purpose.
c) To manage the billing, collection or claim for the contracted services.
d) Carrying out statistics, studies and research aimed at evaluating the contracted services and responding to the user.
e) Maintain the correct provision of the service and/or comply with any obligation or regulation related to the contracting of the contracted service.
INTERPARKING informs that, for the correct development of the purposes described, the category of data that is necessary will be processed and that will be specified in each contracting of the service.
The period of data will be kept for as long as the professional and/or contractual relationship with the USER is maintained and, in any case, the established period of 6 years in compliance with the applicable tax regulations with regard to commercial and/or invoicing information.
The legal basis for such processing will be the execution of the contracted and/or requested services.
17.3.2. Legitimate interest in research, information and improvement of services
INTERPARKING will process the personal data provided by the USERS, as well as those subsequently generated by the use of the services for the following purposes:
a) To carry out scientific and statistical research work with the study of the preferences, tastes and/or habits of the USERS in order to innovate and improve future features and/or content.
b) To send you information, promotions and/or activities of INTERPARKING related to the services provided. All these communications will be made through the communication channels (email, postal address or mobile phone) provided.
At any time, the USER who does not wish to continue receiving such communications may unsubscribe by following the process indicated in each communication.
The category of data processed will be all those provided by the USERS and all those generated by INTERPARKING.
The period of storage of the data of the treatments and study to the USER will be as long as they are strictly necessary to carry out this task without being able to anonymise them. The period for storing the data to contact the USERS will be indefinite as long as the USERS are interested in being informed by INTERPARKING of their activity and related information. Once these periods have expired, the information will be destroyed securely and with all the guarantees of confidentiality.
The legal bases for such processing will be the legitimate interest of INTERPARKING to innovate and improve services and treatments and to keep USERS informed of INTERPARKING's activity that may be of interest to USERS. At any time, USERS may unsubscribe from communications by selecting the tab provided for this purpose.
17.3.3. Sending of information and commercial communications
Likewise, in the event that INTERPARKING wishes to send commercial communications from third parties related to the contracted services, it will inform and obtain their prior consent from the USERS.
Those USERS who have given their consent will receive such communications through the communication channels (email, postal address or mobile phone) provided. Likewise, in any case, the USER who does not wish to continue receiving such communications may unsubscribe by following the process indicated for this purpose.
The legitimate basis for the processing will be the express consent given for it.
All your USER information will be treated with absolute confidentiality and maintaining all the necessary security measures to safeguard it. Likewise, INTERPARKING informs you that it will only transfer your personal data to the companies strictly necessary to comply with the contracting of the products and/or services, such as banks for the payment of the products or transport companies that manage the shipments of correspondence, where appropriate. No international transfers of your data will take place.
All our communications will be signed under the INTERPARKING badge. If you detect any incident or fraud, please let us know so that we can take the necessary measures.
17.3.4. Special Rates with Partners
INTERPARKING will process the specific user identifier data of an Associated Entity with which INTERPARKING has entered into a commercial agreement. The data associated with an Associated Entity will be provided by the user himself and will be processed by INTERPARKING for the sole purpose of being able to apply the special rate, manage the use and benefit of the same; as well as their collection, invoicing and corroboration of their status as an active member of the Associated Entity.
The processing of the data will be carried out on the basis of the correct contractual execution of the provision of the services described for the special rate.
The data will be kept for as long as the relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested and, in any case, in compliance with legal limitation periods that are applicable to it. No assignments or transfers of data will be made, except under legal obligation or judicial requirement.
17.4 Minors
The APP's services are aimed at people over 18 years of age.
INTERPARKING does not deliberately collect information from persons under 18 years of age, without the written and express authorisation of the parents and/or guardians of the minors. Likewise, INTERPARKING will put the relevant technical means in place to prevent minors from accessing the contracting of the services offered by INTERPARKING and/or INTERPARKING's events or promotions, without the express consent of their parents or guardians.
If INTERPARKING detects that a minor is using this APP, the services offered by INTERPARKING and/or INTERPARKING events, it will proceed to cancel the information sent and will notify the competent authority or body. To this end, INTERPARKING requests the collaboration of all USERS, in the sense that, if any USER detects the disclosure and/or use of any of these data, please communicate it through the email provided, in order to proceed accordingly.
17.5 Obligation to provide personal data
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all data requested from USERS in the forms are mandatory. Refusal to provide the mandatory data will make it impossible to respond to the specific request and/or provision of the services in question.
Likewise, it will be mandatory to communicate any modification of the personal data of the USERS, so that the information contained is updated at all times and does not contain errors. In this regard, the USER declares that the information and data provided are accurate, current and truthful.
17.6. To whom we disclose your data
Except for the transfer of the data to the parent company of INTERPARKING mentioned above, INTERPARKING will not transfer any of your data, unless there is a legal or judicial obligation that obliges it to do so.
a) Computer services and hosting services and telecommunications networks.
b) Labour, accounting and/or legal management services.
c) Maintenance and cleaning services.
d) Information archiving, management and destruction services.
e) Transport services.
f) Marketing and advertising services.
17.7 International transfers of personal data
INTERPARKING informs that it does not carry out international data transfers, contracting the services of data processors located within the EU and that, in any case, they guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data.
17.8 Exercise of rights
INTERPARKING informs USERS that they have the following rights:
a) Access: allows the data subject to obtain information on whether or not INTERPARKING is processing personal data concerning them and, if so, the right to obtain information about your personal data subject to processing.
b) Rectification: allows correcting errors and modifying data that turn out to be inaccurate or incomplete.
c) Deletion: allows the data to be deleted and no longer processed by INTERPARKING, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them and/or other legitimate reasons for their processing by INTERPARKING do not prevail. For example, when the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, the USER may request that such data be deleted without undue delay.
d) Limitation: under the conditions established by law, it allows the processing of data to be stopped, in such a way that INTERPARKING avoids processing them in the future, which will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
e) Opposition: in certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, USERS may object to the processing of their data. INTERPARKING will cease to process the data, except for prevailing legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
f) Portability: allows the interested party to receive their personal data and to be able to transmit them directly to another controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

17.10 Security
INTERPARKING undertakes to adopt the technical and organisational security measures established by regulation to guarantee the security of the USER's personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. all in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
17.11 Transfer of third-party data to INTERPARKING
In the event of providing INTERPARKING with personal data of third parties necessary for the provision of the Services, the USER declares that they have previously obtained their express consent to be able to transfer them to INTERPARKING.
17.12 Changes to the PRIVACY POLICY
INTERPARKING may update this PRIVACY POLICY at any time. An updated version of this PRIVACY POLICY will always be available on this APP. If these changes affect purposes not provided for in this PRIVACY POLICY, we will inform you, sufficiently in advance, of this further processing by the means of contact provided, so that, where appropriate, you can exercise the rights you deem appropriate.
18. LIABILITY
INTERPARKING will try at all times to provide the service with the highest possible quality. Without limiting the foregoing, we disclaim all liability arising from failures, interruptions or damage caused by system breakdowns, interference or disconnections or by the malfunction of the service.
In the same way, INTERPARKING declines all responsibility and/or assumption of damages, of any kind or nature, arising from the illegitimate action of third parties by any means or from the use of the APP in an improper or inappropriate manner by users, and in any case, INTERPARKING will not assume any liability that is caused by the actions or negligence of its own and that may or may not affect the use of the APP. directly or indirectly, to servers and other computer equipment of the USER or third parties.
The USER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless INTERPARKING, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors and collaborators and/or employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, filed by third parties, as a result of the inappropriate or unauthorized use of the APP and/or the services offered, by the USER, or the violation by the USER of the GENERAL CONDITIONS, SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, if applicable, and/or PRIVACY POLICY, as well as for any infringement of legislation or any right.
INTERPARKING cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that may affect the USER's equipment; therefore, it must adopt measures aimed at avoiding possible risks of this type in view of the current state of telecommunications.
INTERPARKING is not responsible for interruptions of the APP caused by force majeure, lack of updating or circumstances beyond its control.
Likewise, INTERPARKING may interrupt access temporarily, due to security measures or due to the restructuring of computer resources, in order to improve the service of use of the APP.
INTERPARKING only provides the USER with the information published in the APP. The USER, therefore, is solely responsible for the correct use and for it to be carried out in accordance with the GENERAL CONDITIONS, PARTICULAR CONDITIONS, where applicable, and the PRIVACY POLICY.
If the USER is not satisfied with the use of the APP, its contents or services or with any part of these GENERAL CONDITIONS, the PRIVACY POLICY and/or PARTICULAR CONDITIONS, their sole and exclusive remedy will be to stop accessing the APP and/or using its services.
19. NULLITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS OF THE CLAUSES
If any clause included in these GENERAL CONDITIONS and/or the PARTICULAR CONDITIONS, is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part that is null or ineffective, the GENERAL CONDITIONS and the PARTICULAR CONDITIONS subsisting in all other respects, such provision being in place, or the part of it that is affected, because it has not been placed.
20. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any question or divergence that may arise regarding the APP, contents and contracted services, the USER and INTERPARKING, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to Spanish Legislation, with the Spanish Courts also being competent, expressly submitting to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, unless the applicable legislation imperatively determines another jurisdiction or different legislation.
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions between a consumer user and INTERPARKING, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided for by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which, in the case of final consumers, the following are heard: to the place of performance of the obligation or to the place of the user's domicile.
All this without prejudice to the right of the user who is a consumer to go to the Consumer Arbitration Board of their demarcation and, likewise, it is reported that disputes that may arise as a result of commercial relations may be subject to EU Regulation 524/2013 which regulates the out-of-court resolution of conflicts in accordance with the content of the same. P-app General Terms and Conditions
Electric vehicle charging service:
The Electric Vehicle Charging Service is a system for contracting and paying for the electric vehicle charging service at the different charging points for electric vehicles that can be identified through the P-APP application (hereinafter "Electric Vehicle Charging Service").
The electric vehicle charging service will be offered in P-APP, and must be contracted by the User following the instructions established therein. The User will be able to consult the car parks where the Electric Vehicle Charging Service is offered in https://www.interparking.es.
The User must use their own means of connection between the charging point and the electric vehicle, i.e. a compatible Cable that is in perfect working order and maintenance, without INTERPARKING making the aforementioned means of connection available to the User under any circumstances.
INTERPARKING will not be liable for damages due to the improper use of the Service, nor for the misuse of the aforementioned means of connection between the charging point and the electric vehicle. Nor will it be liable for any delay in the provision of the service or non-compliance when such delay or non-compliance is attributable to circumstances beyond INTERPARKING's control.
P-APP, as a management, contracting and payment platform, provides the User with the Service of contracting and paying for electric vehicle charging under these Terms and Conditions. For these purposes, the Electric Vehicle Charging Service is provided to the User who owns P-APP, without prejudice to the fact that the Electric Vehicle Charging Service is provided to a vehicle that is not owned by them.
Using the Electric Vehicle Charging Service:
Once you access P-APP, you can contract the Electric Vehicle Charging Service, for this you must follow the following Instructions for Use:
1. Connect your electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid vehicle to the charging point with a compatible cable.
2. Open the P-APP app.
3. Select the "Electric Vehicle" option.
4. The electric vehicle charging point has a QR code. Scan this code or select the charger in the "New Load" tab.
5. Select your vehicle's license plate
6. The means of payment will be the one associated with the selected enrolment
7. Select "Start Charging" and the electric vehicle charging process will start after a few seconds.
8. Select "Stop" to stop the recharging process, which will stop after a few seconds.
The functionality of the application may change depending on technological developments in the future, the above being merely indicative of the operation.
In no case is the level of energy supplied guaranteed in the provision of the service, since it depends on elements external and external to INTERPARKING, such as the atmospheric conditions or technical condition of the vehicle (load level). The User must follow all the safety guidelines communicated and/or informed at all times by INTERPARKING and made available both at the charging points and in the information provided by other means.
The following shall not be, among others, causes of liability of INTERPARKING: 1) The improper use, manipulation and application of the charging points or their elements and, expressly, in the event of not following the instructions provided for charging; 2) Breakdowns and damages caused by force majeure or fortuitous events or failures or failures of systems or telecommunications, which may limit or prevent the provision of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service or the means used to provide it and which are indicated at all times; 3) Damage that may arise from improper maintenance of the vehicle, or the cable used to perform the Charging Service by the User, as well as defects of any kind in the User; 4) The impossibility of the charging being carried out by the User for reasons beyond INTERPARKING's control, and 5) if false or inaccurate data is provided or without the necessary prior authorisations from the User.
Price and cost of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service:
The prices and cost of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service will be duly indicated at each charging point, through an information poster that will be perfectly visible to the User who carries out the electric charging operation of their vehicle. However, in the future, other forms of information on the price and cost of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service may be established through the P-APP, which appear on the P-APP screen.
In the same way, in view of the energy demand management services necessary for the effective provision of the service, differentiated prices may be established.
In no case will the prices of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service be fixed, and may vary. This variation will be informed to Users on the information poster of the electric vehicle charging point or in the P-APP.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 103.a) of RDL 1/2007, the User does not have the right of withdrawal, since the provision of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service is understood to have been executed at the time the User contracts and begins to use the Service.
DATA PROTECTION:
1) The personal data collected from the customer will be processed by P-APP & WEB SERVICIOS DIGITALES, S.L.U. (the controller) in order to manage the contractual relationship between both parties, carry out the legal, banking and administrative procedures derived from them, and inform the customer of the different promotions and/or activities related to said activity.
2) The client gives his/her consent, express and unequivocal, for THE CONTROLLER to process and incorporate his/her data in order to comply with the purposes described in the previous section. The processing of data for these purposes will be maintained for as long as any business or contractual relationship is maintained. Once completed, they will be blocked during the legal limitation periods of the actions that may correspond. Likewise, the customer is informed that THE CONTROLLER will transfer their data to the Group's parent company based in Brussels, INTERPARKING, S.A., for the purpose of facilitating global control and management of its customers; to the banking entity(ies) in order to allow direct debits of payments, to insurance companies, notaries and other public and/or private institutions that are necessary for the development of the contractual relationship.
3) In the event that the client wishes to exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation or portability, he/she must send a written communication to the following email address lopd@interparking.com, identified with the reference "Data Protection", in which the corresponding request is specified.

Terms of Use & Privacy Multi-Tickets P-app
1) High
The registration of the Multientradas product, in any of its modalities, is done through the P-App application, and its start date is calculated from the hour and minute of the first access to the car park on the contracted day.
2) Purchase
The purchase of the Multientradas product will entitle the user to be provided with one (1) space or non-fixed space for the vehicle's parking, during the validity of the Multientradas product modality purchased and to the inclusion of the vehicle in the car park's civil liability insurance. These rights will be valid once the entry barrier has been exceeded, so the Multientradas product will not give the right to preferential access to the car park. If it is full or there is a queue of vehicles at the entrance, the user will have to wait to enter.
3) Payment
Payment for the Multientradas product is made through the P-APP application, at the time of purchase.
4) Application
Buying a Multientradas product allows you to stay in a car park, being able to enter and exit as many times as you want, within the validity period you have purchased.
- The start date may be specified with a maximum of 2 months from the time of purchase.
- The start time is set automatically when you enter the car park.
- Once the Multientradas product has been purchased, it is possible to modify the start date no later than one month from the date initially indicated.
- If the Multientradas product has not been used on the indicated start date, the product remains valid, as long as it is not expired, and you can use it by indicating a new start date.
- The Multi-Ticket product has an expiration date of 1 month from the start date specified at checkout.
5) Validity
Each Multientrada product modality has a specific validity. The user confirms that he has been informed and knows his or her purchased modality. The use of the car park outside the validity of the Multientradas product purchased will entail the payment of the car park according to the P-APP rates in force for users on an hourly basis.
6) Expiration
The Multi-Tickets product has an expiration date of 1 month from the start date specified at checkout.
7) Bond
There is NO DEPOSIT, nor has any type of DEPOSIT been deposited for the enjoyment of the Multientrada products contained in this file. In the case of an update of a previous file, any type of existing DEPOSIT has been previously returned.
8) Associated vehicles
A maximum of 1 vehicle may be associated with the purchased Multi-Ticket product, identified by its corresponding license plate.
9) QR Code
Each vehicle registered in the P-APP application will have one (1) unique and non-transferable QR code, generated based on its license plate. This QR code is the main identifier of each vehicle, for any P-APP product contracted. The QR code will be valid for the products in force at any given time, in the chosen car parks and will provide access both at the entrances and exits of vehicles and at pedestrian accesses. To facilitate transit and vehicle identification, some car parks have automatic license plate reading at entrances and exits, being in any case mandatory to always carry the QR code, to access both vehicle entrances and exits and pedestrian accesses. Any improper use of the QR code will give the company the power to take the measures it deems appropriate, including the cancellation of the P-APP user if it deems it appropriate and the user will not be entitled to any type of compensation for this concept.
10) License plate reading and automatic entry
In car parks where this service is active, this will be an additional service to the Multientradas product, free of charge, but not a substitute for access to the car park through the access QR. The automatic license plate reader will read the license plate at the entrance(s) and exit(s) of the parking lot and in case of positive reading of the registered license plate, it will automatically open the barrier. In the event of a system failure, reading error or partial reading, access will be made using the access QR. If you do not have the QR, you will not be able to access the car park in the Multi-Tickets product modality purchased.
11) Incident resolution
If for any reason the user does not carry the QR and takes out a ticket, it must be paid according to the current car park rates, for users on an hourly basis. However, in specific and justified cases, the company will make the appropriate checks and determine whether or not it is appropriate to collect it. 12) Right of withdrawal and reimbursement
INTERPARKING informs you that, subject to the conditions established in this clause, you will have the right to withdraw from this Multientrada: within 14 calendar days from the moment of online contracting. It will not be possible to desist from it, from the first use on the first day for which it was contracted, given that this product is marketed as a unit package, in which INTERPARKING applies discounts on the price taking into account that unit contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, within a period of 14 calendar days, the Client must notify the email address p.app@interparking.com, indicating in the subject line "Withdrawal from the service (*)" their decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement stating that "I hereby inform you that I withdraw from our contract for the purchase of the service (*) - Date of purchase (*) - Name of the consumer: (*) – Associated registration (*) – Consumer email (*). Date and signature.
In the event of withdrawal by the Client, INTERPARKING will communicate via e-mail the acknowledgement of receipt of their withdrawal and will proceed to refund all payments received from the Client, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the Client informs INTERPARKING of their decision to withdraw from the Service or Product contracted. The refund will be deemed executed if the Customer does not refuse it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will extinguish INTERPARKING's obligations to the Client in relation to the Service or Product on which they have withdrawn. These conditions will only be applicable in the event that the Client is a consumer and user in accordance with the definition established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

The fee for the contracted Season Ticket will entitle the user to be provided with one (1) space or non-fixed space in the chosen car park, at the time defined by the contracted Season Ticket modality, and to include the vehicle in the car park's civil liability insurance. These rights will be valid once the entry barrier has been passed, so the Pass will not entitle you to preferential access to the car park. If it is full or there is a queue of vehicles at the entrance, the subscriber will have to wait to enter.
2. QR code
Each vehicle registered in the P-APP application will have one (1) unique and non-transferable QR code, generated based on its license plate. This QR code is the main identifier of each vehicle, for any P-APP product contracted. 3. Associated vehicles
Up to 5 vehicles in total may be associated with the contracted Pass, identified by their corresponding license plate(s). The first associated vehicle is included in the fee. Each additional associated vehicle will have an additional cost to the price of the Pass of one euro and seventy-five cents (€1.75) per month, VAT included. For each additional vehicle, one (1) QR code will be generated at no cost. This service entitles you to the use of the car park, a maximum of one associated vehicle at any given time, i.e. not simultaneously with the rest of the vehicles associated with the Season Ticket at the time defined by the contracted Season Ticket modality.
4. License plate reading and automatic entry
In car parks where this service is active, this will be an additional service to the Subscription, free of charge, but not a substitute for access to the car park through the access QR. The automatic license plate reader will read the license plate at the entrance(s) and exit(s) of the parking lot and in case of positive reading of the registered license plate, it will automatically open the barrier. In the event of a system failure, reading error or partial reading, access will be made using the access QR. If you do not carry the QR, you will not be able to access the car park in the contracted Season Ticket mode.
5. Users with Via-T
Users who have a Via-T device in their car must inform the car park of the license plate (if applicable) in order to deactivate the Via-T service or, failing that, manually deactivate it themselves before accessing the car park. If this notification/action is not made, the car park is not responsible for any charges or problems that may arise.
6. Validity and use
The validity of the Season Ticket will be from 00:00h on the first day of the month, until 23:59h on the last day of the contracted month. The subscriber confirms that he has been informed and knows the modality of the Subscription contracted. It will not be possible for several vehicles to use the same Pass simultaneously, even if they are associated with it. The use of the car park outside the hours of its Subscription modality, or simultaneously with another vehicle registered in the same Subscription, will entail the payment of the parking according to the P-APP rates in force for users on an hourly basis.
7. Incident resolution
If for any reason the subscriber does not carry the QR and takes out a ticket, it must be paid according to the current car park rates, for users on an hourly basis. However, in specific and justified cases, the company will make the appropriate checks and determine whether or not it is appropriate to collect it. In any case, if the company's instructions have not been followed, the management of the incident will have a cost of one (1) euro, VAT included, which will be included in the following month's fee. 8. Loud
For new registrations in the current month, the full month's Season Ticket fee will be paid if the registration is made between the 1st and 15th of the month, and 50% of the Season Ticket fee will be paid if the registration is made between the 16th and the end of the month, giving the right to pay this Season Ticket fee to park until the end of the current month.
9. Payment
The Season Ticket fee is not automatically renewed, unless the user indicates otherwise through the P-APP application and must be paid no later than the 1st of each month, by payment through the P-APP application itself. Failure to pay any fee will result in the loss of the status of subscriber, without any right to claim.
10. Renovation
If the user requests the automatic renewal of the subscription fee, it will be effective on the 1st of each month, by payment with the credit card that the user has registered in the P-APP application. Failure to pay any fee will result in the loss of the status of subscriber, without any right to claim.
11. Rescission
The season ticket holder may terminate the season ticket at any time and for any reason, and must do so through the P-APP application, at least 15 days before the renewal date. Failure to comply with this requirement will imply the payment of the fee for the following period. The company may terminate the payment at any time and for any reason, and must give written notice at least 15 days in advance.
12. Caducity
The Season Ticket expires automatically at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the contracted month.
13. Bail
There is NO DEPOSIT, nor has any type of DEPOSIT been deposited for the enjoyment of the Season Tickets contained in this file. In the case of an update of a previous file, any type of existing DEPOSIT has been previously returned.

For these purposes, the Electric Vehicle Charging Service is provided to the User who is the holder of the credit card used for payment, without prejudice to the fact that the Electric Vehicle Charging Service is provided to a vehicle that is not owned by them.
Using the Electric Vehicle Charging Service in P-store
Once you access P-store, you can contract the Electric Vehicle Charging Service, for this you must follow the following Instructions for Use:
1. Connect the hose between the charger and your vehicle with a compatible cable.
2. Open the P-store website https://P-store.interparking.es
3. Select the car park you are in and the charger you want to use.
4. Select the amount or kWh you deem necessary. (You will only be charged for what you actually consumed.)
5. Select if you want to receive status notifications in your email and if you want an invoice, you will be sent an email with the steps to follow when you finish uploading.
6. Enter a valid email address that you have access to.
7. Read and accept the terms and conditions of use of the chargers.

The functionality of the application may change depending on technological developments in the future, the above being merely indicative of the operation.
In no case is the level of energy supplied guaranteed in the provision of the service, since it depends on elements external and external to INTERPARKING, such as the atmospheric conditions or technical condition of the vehicle (load level). The User must follow all the safety guidelines communicated and/or informed at all times by INTERPARKING and made available both at the charging points and in the information that may be provided by other means.
The following shall not be, among others, causes of liability of INTERPARKING: 1) The improper use, manipulation and application of the charging points or their elements and, expressly, in the event of not following the instructions provided for charging; 2) Breakdowns and damages caused by force majeure or fortuitous events or failures or failures of systems or telecommunications, which may limit or prevent the provision of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service or the means used to provide it and which are indicated at all times; 3) Damage that may arise from improper maintenance of the vehicle, or the cable used to perform the Charging Service by the User, as well as defects of any kind in the User; 4) The impossibility of the charging being carried out by the User for reasons beyond INTERPARKING's control, and 5) if false or inaccurate data is provided or without the necessary prior authorisations from the User.
Price and cost of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service at P-store
The prices and cost of the electric vehicle charging service will be duly indicated at each charging point, through an information poster that will be perfectly visible to the User who carries out the electric charging operation of their vehicle. However, other forms of information on the price and cost of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service may be established in the future, which will appear on the screen of the P-store website itself.
In the same way, in view of the energy demand management services necessary for the effective provision of the service, differentiated prices may be established.
In no case will the prices of the Electric Vehicle Charging Service be fixed, and may vary. Users will be informed of this variation on the information poster at the electric vehicle charging point or on the P-store website.
DATA PROTECTION:
1) The personal data collected from the customer will be processed by P-APP & WEB SERVICIOS DIGITALES, S.L.U. (the controller) in order to manage the contractual relationship between both parties, carry out the legal, banking and administrative procedures derived from them, and inform the customer of the different promotions and/or activities related to said activity.
2) The client gives his/her consent, express and unequivocal, for THE CONTROLLER to process and incorporate his/her data in order to comply with the purposes described in the previous section. The processing of data for these purposes will be maintained for as long as any business or contractual relationship is maintained. Once completed, they will be blocked during the legal limitation periods of the actions that may correspond. Likewise, the customer is informed that THE CONTROLLER will transfer their data to the Group's parent company based in Brussels, INTERPARKING, S.A., for the purpose of facilitating global control and management of its customers; to the banking entity(ies) in order to allow direct debits of payments, to insurance companies, notaries and other public and/or private institutions that are necessary for the development of the contractual relationship.
3) In the event that the client wishes to exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation or portability, he/she must send a written communication to the following email address lopd@interparking.com, identified with the reference "Data Protection", in which the corresponding request is specified.

Terms of Use & Privacy Multientrada Empresas
Purchase:
The purchase of the Multientrada Empresas product will entitle the user to be provided with one (1) space or non-fixed space for the parking of the vehicle, during the validity of the Multientrada Empresas product modality acquired and to the inclusion of the vehicle in the car park's civil liability insurance. These rights will be valid once the entry barrier has been overcome, so the Multientrada Empresas product will not entitle you to preferential access to the car park. If it is full or there is a queue of vehicles at the entrance, the user will have to wait to enter.
QR code:
Each vehicle registered in the P-WEB-EMPRESA application will have one (1) unique and non-transferable QR code, generated based on its license plate. This QR code is the main identifier of each vehicle. The QR code will be valid for the products in force at any given time, in the chosen car parks and will provide access both at the entrances and exits of vehicles and at pedestrian accesses. To facilitate transit and vehicle identification, some car parks have automatic license plate reading at entrances and exits, being in any case mandatory to always carry the QR code, to access both vehicle entrances and exits and pedestrian accesses. Any improper use of the QR code will give the company the power to take the measures it deems appropriate, including the cancellation of the P-WEB-EMPRESA user if it deems it appropriate and the user will not be entitled to any type of compensation for this concept.
Associated vehicles:
The Multientrada Empresas product purchased can be associated with 1 vehicle, identified by its corresponding license plate.
License plate reading and automatic entry:
In car parks where this service is active, this will be an additional service to the Multientrada Empresas product, free of charge, but not a substitute for access to the car park through the access QR. The automatic license plate reader will read the license plate at the entrance(s) and exit(s) of the parking lot and in case of positive reading of the registered license plate, it will automatically open the barrier. In the event of a system failure, reading error or partial reading, access will be made using the access QR. If you do not have the QR, you will not be able to access the car park in the Multientrada Empresas product modality purchased.
Validity and use:
Each Multientrada Empresas product modality has a specific validity in 24-hour increments. The user confirms that he has been informed and knows his or her purchased modality. The use of the car park outside the validity of the Multientrada Empresas product purchased, will entail the payment of the parking, according to the current P-APP rates, for users on an hourly basis.
Incident resolution:
If for any reason the user does not carry the QR and takes a ticket, it must be paid according to the current car park rates, for users on an hourly basis. However, in specific and justified cases, the company will make the appropriate checks and determine whether or not it is appropriate to collect it. Loud:
The registration of the Multientrada Empresas product, in any of its modalities, is done through the https://p-web-empresas.interparking.es website and its start date and time will be the one indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment:
Payment for Multientrada Empresas products is made, at the time of purchase in the form of payment by credit card, through the https://p-web-empresas.interparking.es website. In the case of payment by direct debit, the payment of Multientrada Empresas products purchased during the current month will be made effective by direct debit, from 1 to 5 of the following month. At the time of registration of the P-WEB EMPRESA user, a maximum monthly credit amount is defined, with which the P-WEB-EMPRESA user can purchase Multientrada Empresas products. This maximum credit amount is reset on the 1st of each month. Failure to pay any amount will result in the loss of the status of P-WEB-EMPRESA user and the cancellation of all non-subscribed Multientrada Empresas products, without any right to claim. In the event of a bank refund of the direct debit, the amount due must be paid, with a surcharge for bank charges.
Caducity:
The Multientrada Empresas product expires automatically at the end of the purchased period.
