- I’ve already registered on P-Web. How do I access the car park now?
If you have registered your license plate and a credit card, you can now access all our car parks. No ticket — entry is via license plate recognition or by scanning the QR code available in your user area.
- Are multi-entry days calendar days?
No, the days are counted as time periods that begin when you enter the car park.
- Are parking fees rounded up?
No. Fees are charged per minute and always rounded down, in line with current regulations.
- Can I access a car park located in a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) with my vehicle?
Yes, as long as your vehicle has the required environmental label according to current regulations.
- Can I change my subscription type?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been used or the period hasn't started; you should contact us through the web form.
- Can I get alerts or notifications from P-app?
Yes, just enable notifications in your phone settings.
- Can I register a rental car on P-App/P-Web?
Yes, but you must delete the license plate once the car is returned. It is the user’s responsibility to register and deregister plates, as all entries will be charged to the user who registered them.
- Can I request a refund for a monthly pass?
Yes, provided the purchase conditions in effect at the time of acquisition are fulfilled.
- Can I request a refund for a multi-entry pass?
Yes, as long as the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase are met.
- Can I use my P-app account on P-Web?
Yes, it’s the same account. P-web is the browser version, perfect if you prefer not to install any app.
