  • What happens if I cross a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to park outside of it?

    You may be fined. Make sure the car park is located inside the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to avoid penalties.

  • What happens if I lose my ticket?

    Go to the intercom or service point and give your license plate. Your entry time will be registered and you’ll only be charged for the time spent

  • What if I don’t use the multi-entry pass on the start date?

    No worries. The multi-entry pass remains valid (if not expired) and you can start it later by selecting a new date.

  • What if I leave the car outside the subscription hours?

    Hourly rates will apply once your subscription hours end.

  • What if my license plate is not recognized?

    Use your subscription card or the QR code from the P-app; if you're still having trouble, use the intercoms.

  • What if the machine doesn’t return my money?

    Use the intercom to speak to staff for assistance.

  • What if there’s an accident?

    Contact staff via the intercom or service booth and appropriate protocols will be activated.

  • What payment methods are available in the car parks?

    Each Interparking car park in Spain offers different payment options; check each location or ask onsite.

  • What should I do if another vehicle blocks my exit?

    Use the intercom — our staff will handle it promptly.

  • What should I do if I receive a fine related to a Low Emission Zone (LEZ)?

    Interparking does not file claims or documents on behalf of customers with the authorities. However, we will provide you with all the necessary documentation to help you manage your appeal.
