- In which countries can I use P-app?
Currently, P-app is available in Spain and Romania. Each country uses its own dedicated mobile app.
- Is it free to have a P-app user account?
Yes, having a P-app account is completely free, with no maintenance or installation fees.
- Is it mandatory to carry the QR code if I’m a P-App subscriber?
Yes, even if access is via license plate recognition, you must carry your subscriber QR code to enter and exit the car park.
- Is it safe to use P-app?
Yes, P-app uses secure and encrypted technology to protect your data and payments.
- Is Multi-Entry the same as a parking booking?
No, Multi-Entry doesn't function as a booking system. It doesn't reserve your spot or grant access priority. If full, you'll need to wait.
- Is my car safe?
Yes, your vehicle is safe within our facilities. We are liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of the total or partial breach of our obligations, as established by the Parking Law
- My license plate appears as already registered in P-App/P-Web. What should I do?
If you know the person who registered your license plate, you should contact them directly. If not, please use the contact form on our website and provide the necessary documentation proving ownership of the vehicle so we can assist you.
- What are the opening hours?
All parking lots are open 24 hours a day. If access is closed, you'll need to use your P-app QR code, your parking card, or your parking ticket to gain access.
- What are the password requirements for P-App/P-Web?
The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number, one letter, and one special character.
- What does the multi-entry product include?
It includes access to a non-assigned space, unlimited entries and exits. No priority access: if the car park is full, you’ll need to wait.
