- Can I use the car park for storage or as a temporary warehouse?
You may not store items or use the parking space as a warehouse.
- Do I have to leave my keys?
No. You should never leave your keys at any Interparking car park in Spain.
- Do I need to carry my subscriber card with me?
Yes, even if access is via license plate recognition, you must carry your subscriber card to enter and exit the car park.
- Do I need to notify my access to the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) if I park with Interparking?
No. If the car park is located within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and your vehicle meets the requirements, no further action is needed.
- Do you offer parking booking?
No, we don't offer parking booking service in Spain. Our facilities have high turnover rates and very short waiting times.
- How can I check if a car park is within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ)?
All car parks located within a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) are clearly marked on our website and in the car parks.
- How can I make a complaint?
If you are not satisfied, you can contact Interparking via the contact form.
- How do I get a Muli-entry pass?
You can get your 1, 2, or 3-day multi-entry pass directly at the car park. For longer stays, passes are available via the P-App or Pweb (1,2, and 3 days also available). The pass is activated upon your first entry on the selected date.
- How do I know if there are available spaces in the car park?
Open P-app, and you can see real-time availability, but it's not guaranteed.
- How do I request an invoice with my parking ticket?
You must request your invoice at any of our car parks by filling out the invoicing form and presenting the original tickets at the parking office. (Requests are not processed by email).
For future invoices, use P-App and manage your billing instantly.
