- Is Multi-Entry the same as a parking booking?
No, Multi-Entry doesn't function as a booking system. It doesn't reserve your spot or grant access priority. If full, you'll need to wait.

Car parks are constantly monitored, but Interparking is not responsible for vehicles or third-party actions.
- Is there video surveillance?
Yes, all car parks are monitored 24/7, though surveillance does not imply liability for your vehicle.
- What are the opening hours?
All parking lots are open 24 hours a day. If access is closed, you'll need to use your P-app QR code, your parking card, or your parking ticket to gain access.
- What happens if I lose my ticket?
Go to the intercom or service point and give your license plate. Your entry time will be registered and you’ll only be charged for the time spent
- What if my license plate is not recognized?
Use your subscription card or the QR code from the P-app; if you're still having trouble, use the intercoms.
- What if the machine doesn’t return my money?
Use the intercom to speak to staff for assistance.
- What if there’s an accident?
