  • How do I know if there are available spaces in the car park?

    Open P-app, and you can see real-time availability, but it's not guaranteed.

  • How do I request an invoice with my parking ticket?

    You must request your invoice at any of our car parks by filling out the invoicing form and presenting the original tickets at the parking office. (Requests are not processed by email).
    For future invoices, use P-App and manage your billing instantly.

  • How do you access the car park with P-app?

    You must register a license plate and credit card before entering. Access is done via license plate reader or QR code.

  • How is the parking payment made with P-app?

    Payment is charged directly to your registered card in the app, no need to use a pay station.

  • How long is the multi-entry pass valid for?

    It’s valid for 1 month from the selected start date. Once activated, the days must be used consecutively; they are not cumulative or divisible.

  • How many license plates can I register on P-App/P-Web?

    You can register up to 5 license plates.

  • I am a P-app user and I have been charged twice, once for a ticket and once through P-app. What should I do?

    Please contact the P-app department at p.app@interparking.com.
    After carrying out the necessary checks, they will inform you whether the P-app charge is applicable.
    In the P-app section, you can find all the available access and payment methods for P-app users.

  • I have a parking subscription but I took a ticket. What should I do?

    If a subscriber takes a ticket to enter the parking facility, the ticket must be paid. Access for parking subscribers is only available through license plate recognition, access card, or the QR code linked to the subscription. For any issue, you must use the intercoms.

  • I have VIA-T and I’m a P-App user. How do I access the car park?

    Before entering, you must choose which payment method to use and deactivate the one you won’t use, to avoid double charging. If a double charge occurs, the user must request the refund from their bank.

  • I want an invoice for a parking ticket. Can I request it through P-Web?

    No, invoices can only be requested through P-web for transits and products purchased directly via P-app or P-web.
