- Are parking fees rounded up?
No. Fees are charged per minute and always rounded down, in line with current regulations.
- Can I change my subscription type?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been used or the period hasn't started; you should contact us through the web form.
- Do I have to leave my keys?
No. You should never leave your keys at any Interparking car park in Spain.
- Do I need to carry my subscriber card with me?
Yes, even if access is via license plate recognition, you must carry your subscriber card to enter and exit the car park.
- Do you offer parking booking?
No, we don't offer parking booking service in Spain. Our facilities have high turnover rates and very short waiting times.
- How can I make a complaint?
If you are not satisfied, you can contact Interparking via the contact form.
- How do I request an invoice with my parking ticket?
You must request your invoice at any of our car parks by filling out the invoicing form and presenting the original tickets at the parking office. (Requests are not processed by email).
For future invoices, use P-App and manage your billing instantly. - How do you access the car park with P-app?
You must register a license plate and credit card before entering. Access is done via license plate reader or QR code.
- Is it free to have a P-app user account?
Yes, having a P-app account is completely free, with no maintenance or installation fees.
- Is it mandatory to carry the QR code if I’m a P-App subscriber?
Yes, even if access is via license plate recognition, you must carry your subscriber QR code to enter and exit the car park.
